Our payment rules in one table

We publish the rules of our cashier in our terms and our anti-money-laundering policy rather than as a list of named methods. You see the minimum and maximum of each method at the moment of your transaction, and our daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits are set in separate policies. The table below collects the rules that apply to every method.

Deposits in your own name

We accept a deposit only from a bank account, a card, an e-wallet or another method registered in your own name. Corporate credit cards are excluded, and your card has to be issued in a supported country. A payment from a third party is treated as a breach during our security checks, the winnings are confiscated and the original deposit is returned to the owner of the payment account, so please never use a shared card for your first top-up. We charge no deposit fee, although your payment provider or your bank may apply one of its own.

Our internal currency is the euro. A deposit you make in pounds is converted by your bank or by the payment processor, so the amount debited from your card can be slightly higher than the figure we display in the cashier. If you keep your balance in pounds from the first deposit, you avoid a second conversion on the way back.

The 3x deposit rule and open bonuses

We ask you to wager every deposit at least 3 times before you withdraw the funds connected to it, and the rule applies to a plain deposit as much as to a deposit with a bonus. A deposit of £100 therefore needs £300 of bets before your first payout request, and several deposits made without play are added together for the same check. A withdrawal requested while a bonus is active forfeits the bonus and its winnings, so finish or cancel an open welcome step before you send the request.

Crypto deposits and our USDT welcome

We accept crypto deposits, and our Crypto Welcome of 200 % up to 1,100 USDT is activated only by a crypto deposit of at least 30 USDT. We convert the coin into the balance currency of your account at the time of the deposit and return your withdrawal to the same wallet method. A transfer sent on the wrong network is not credited, so compare the network shown in our cashier with your wallet before you confirm the transfer.

How you withdraw, step by step

1. Upload your identity document, your selfie with it and your proof of address in your account, preferably in your first week.
2. Finish or cancel your open bonus, if any, and check the 3x wagering of your deposit in your account history.
3. Request the withdrawal in our cashier with the same method you used to deposit.
4. We process your request within 3 business days, and we may ask you for further documents or call you during that time.
5. The method adds its own processing time once we have released the funds.

We hold a payout when your identity or your age cannot be confirmed, and we may limit your account and freeze the funds until we receive the missing information. We ask you for proof of where your money comes from once your lifetime deposits exceed €5,000, and we request your identity and address documents at the latest when your lifetime deposits exceed €2,000. Winnings above the applicable monthly limit are paid to you in monthly instalments, each within the limit, so a large win reaches your account over several months. At a higher Platinum level we can grant you higher limits and faster withdrawals.
